Circle the City with Love

It is our prayerful hope that all persons who pass through The Upper Room will go forth as "mystic-missionaries" into their homes, families, workplaces and neighbourhoods to "circle the city with Love."The Upper Room recognizes the need and the search in many faith-filled persons who are restless to experience “more” in their relationships with God, each other and all of creation. Our team of spiritual directors are eager to serve the spiritual hungers of the People of God within the Archdioceses of Ottawa, Gatineau and Cornwall.

(theme, materials and bring bag lunch)
Cost: $25.00 per person

A Morning/Evening of Reflection:
10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
(theme, materials and coffee provided)
Cost: $4.00 per person

A Directed At-Home Parish Retreat:
5 Days - with individual
spiritual direction appointments
Cost: $50.00 per person

Discernment Workshop
