It is our prayerful hope that all persons who pass through The Upper Room will go forth as mystic-missionaries into their homes, families, workplaces and neighbourhoods to "circle the city with Love".  Our growing awareness is that there is no separation between our contemplation and our actions. They are all part of the one action of God's LOVE loving through us. The more pure we become in our loving, the more zeal for 'the dear neighbour' will be manifested. We keep moving always towards the more!

"The more" of our present moment is ... seeing this website as an instrument of spiritual teaching and faith sharing that goes forth from The Upper Room to persons around the world... and into your homes... and YOU can join in the conversation and grow the sharing of hearts that flows back into The Upper Room.
